Practice base stent m/f

As a practice assistant, you are the hub of the GP practice. You are the first point of contact for the patient. You are able to triage, if necessary you give advice by phone so that the patient receives the right care. You have your own surgery hours, support GPs and POHs and consult with GPs in an accessible way.

You are

An enthusiastic, flexible colleague and qualified practice assistant to join our team. You are used to dealing with the hectic pace of a GP practice. You like challenges and are eager to learn. You know how to work, can multitask and would like to play an active role in our practice.

We are

a well-organised general practice with four GPs, a hostess, four practice assistants, an office manager and four POHs. We are district-oriented and cooperate a lot with other disciplines in our district, such as home care, physiotherapists, social work, dietician, pharmacy, etc. We are innovative and strive for high quality care where the patient is always at the centre.

Would you like to take up this challenge? Then send your response and CV to us.

Transition to new computer system - important information

From Monday 7 July, we will be working with a new computer system. To make the transition to the new system as smooth as possible, we are on Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 July accessible but limited availability.

In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

  • Until Monday, July 7, repeat prescriptions cannot be requested.
  • The patient portal Your Care Online will not be available from Thursday 4 July. This may take 1 to 2 weeks. We will keep you informed via the website. From 7 July, it will be temporarily possible to request prescriptions by telephone, between 10 a.m.-12 noon.

As a team, we are doing our utmost to make this transition as smooth as possible. In the beginning it will take some getting used to, so we will need a little more time on the phone and in the consulting room. We therefore ask for your understanding and thank you very much for your cooperation.
