Through the Your Care Online patient portal, you can:
- Making an appointment with your GP;
- Chronic medication ordering (repeat prescriptions);
- Ask questions online by messaging your healthcare provider;
- Viewing your medical records.
To use the patient portal, you need to register online once by clicking the "create a new account" button in the patient portal. In addition, you can also ask the assistant to sign you in. After speaking to the assistant, you will receive a message in your mailbox that you only need to confirm. This completes your registration.
