If you will be travelling soon, please contact us for travel advice. After filling in the form, you can make an appointment at our practice with Friederike Bakker. She will check with you what vaccinations and medication may be needed. You will be given a prescription if necessary. For the vaccination, you can then make an appointment with the assistant.
Travel advice is exclusively for patients registered with us. The costs are not covered by GP care and will be charged to you. Depending on your health insurance, you can get (part of) the cost refunded by your health insurer. The cost for the advice and injection is €73.21 (2024), excluding pharmacy fees. For the "International Certificate of Vaccination and Prophylaxis", or yellow booklet, you pay €7.50.
From Monday 7 July, we will be working with a new computer system. To make the transition to the new system as smooth as possible, we are on Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 July accessible but limited availability.
