Telephone consultation.

To ask a short question or discuss a result, you can call the GP at the telephone consultation hour. This is every working day between 13:00 and 14:00. This is only for a short question that does not require you to come to the surgery. See which GP is available to speak during the telephone consultation hour:

  • On Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, GPs Daan Roescher and Friederike Bakker are available during telephone consultation hours.
  • On Tuesdays and Fridays, GPs Els Licht and Bruck Mengistu can be reached during telephone consultation hours.

Would you like to speak to the doctor for longer? Then make an appointment at the surgery via the patient portal or by calling the assistant between 08:00 and 11:00.

You can also ask your GP, practice manager or assistant a question (e-consultation) and consult results via the patient portal.

Transition to new computer system - important information

From Monday 7 July, we will be working with a new computer system. To make the transition to the new system as smooth as possible, we are on Thursday 4 July available for emergencies only. Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 July we will be available but with limited availability.

In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

  • From Thursday 4 July to Monday 7 July, it is not possible to request repeat prescriptions. We kindly ask you to request them on time.
  • The patient portal Your Care Online will not be available from Thursday 4 July. This may take 1 to 2 weeks. We will keep you informed via the website. From 7 July, prescriptions can temporarily be requested by phone in the morning between 10 and 12 am.

As a team, we are doing our utmost to make this transition as smooth as possible. In the beginning it will take some getting used to, so we will need a little more time on the phone and in the consulting room. We therefore ask for your understanding and thank you very much for your cooperation.
