I would like to introduce myself to you: Bruck Mengistu, cohabiting, father of 2 children and passionate GP.

While working as a GP, I find it fascinating to meet different people with different experiences and backgrounds every day.

As a GP, I try to work with you to find a solution to the question of help. Self-sufficiency is important to me here, supported by my own expertise.
It is important for me to have an open and honest contact with you.

Providing sensible and effective care is very important to me. I try to avoid investigations and referrals that do not improve health.

Special interest: general family medicine, minor surgery.

Transition to new computer system - important information

From Monday 7 July, we will be working with a new computer system. To make the transition to the new system as smooth as possible, we are on Thursday 4 July available for emergencies only. Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 July we will be available but with limited availability.

In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

  • From Thursday 4 July to Monday 7 July, it is not possible to request repeat prescriptions. We kindly ask you to request them on time.
  • The patient portal Your Care Online will not be available from Thursday 4 July. This may take 1 to 2 weeks. We will keep you informed via the website. From 7 July, prescriptions can temporarily be requested by phone in the morning between 10 and 12 am.

As a team, we are doing our utmost to make this transition as smooth as possible. In the beginning it will take some getting used to, so we will need a little more time on the phone and in the consulting room. We therefore ask for your understanding and thank you very much for your cooperation.
