Office manager Ella Lammers

Partly as a doctor's assistant and partly as office manager, I joined Bankras in 2012. I now work solely as office manager and deal with everything that is not patient care such as automation/ICT, human resources, financial administration, facility management support in the broad sense. In short, a pivotal role in the practice. A practice with very nice colleagues who care for the patients, but also have an eye for each other.

I was born in the Haarlemmermeer, married and have 3 grown-up children who partly live on their own. With our 2 dogs, I love to walk outside in Hoofddorp where I live. I also enjoy socialising, cooking and gardening. My motto is "Pluk de Dag!"

Transition to new computer system - important information

From Monday 7 July, we will be working with a new computer system. To make the transition to the new system as smooth as possible, we are on Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 July accessible but limited availability.

In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

  • Until Monday, July 7, repeat prescriptions cannot be requested.
  • The patient portal Your Care Online will not be available from Thursday 4 July. This may take 1 to 2 weeks. We will keep you informed via the website. From 7 July, it will be temporarily possible to request prescriptions by telephone, between 10 a.m.-12 noon.

As a team, we are doing our utmost to make this transition as smooth as possible. In the beginning it will take some getting used to, so we will need a little more time on the phone and in the consulting room. We therefore ask for your understanding and thank you very much for your cooperation.
