You can make an appointment in several ways:
Make an appointment online
Through the patient portal you can make appointments with the GPs and assistant 24/7. Please make sure you make the appointment with the right healthcare provider? If you make an appointment with the wrong healthcare provider, the appointment may not be able to go ahead.
Make an appointment by phone
On weekdays between 8:00 and 11:00, you can call us at 020 – 641 25 50. To help you properly, the assistant asks about the reason for your contact. She does so to check with you whether an appointment is needed, how urgent it is, how much time is needed and with whom the appointment should be made. As a result, the appointment may take longer. We ask for your understanding. The assistant is trained in this, treats your information confidentially and will always inform the GP in case of advice.
Can't make your appointment? Please let us know by phone at least 24 hours in advance. Another patient can then be scheduled. If you fail to attend an appointment without notice, the practice may charge for this. The cost depends on the time that was reserved for you. These costs will not be reimbursed by your health insurer.
