You can view the results of (laboratory) tests in the patient portal. In addition, you can request the results from your GP during the telephone consultation between 13:00 - 14:00. It is also possible to discuss the results during an appointment with the GP or practice nurse (POH).

Transition to new computer system - important information

From Monday 7 July, we will be working with a new computer system. To make the transition to the new system as smooth as possible, we are on Thursday 4 July available for emergencies only. Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 July we will be available but with limited availability.

In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

  • From Thursday 4 July to Monday 7 July, it is not possible to request repeat prescriptions. We kindly ask you to request them on time.
  • The patient portal Your Care Online will not be available from Thursday 4 July. This may take 1 to 2 weeks. We will keep you informed via the website. From 7 July, prescriptions can temporarily be requested by phone in the morning between 10 and 12 am.

As a team, we are doing our utmost to make this transition as smooth as possible. In the beginning it will take some getting used to, so we will need a little more time on the phone and in the consulting room. We therefore ask for your understanding and thank you very much for your cooperation.
