Do you use the same medicines or devices for a longer period of time? Then you will need a new supply after a certain period of time. Repeat prescriptions can be requested via the patient portal and from the assistant on weekdays between 10:00 - 12:00.
You can collect the ordered medicine(s) from your pharmacy after 2 working days from 16:00. When requesting repeat medication via the patient portal, you will not receive a notification when your medication can be collected. In addition, it is not possible to request occasional medication via the patient portal.
You can contact the assistant for questions about your medication. If we have questions about your application, we will also contact you.
From Monday 7 July, we will be working with a new computer system. To make the transition to the new system as smooth as possible, we are on Thursday 4 July available for emergencies only. Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 July we will be available but with limited availability.
