Through the Your Care Online patient portal, you can:

• Making an appointment with your GP;
• Chronic medication ordering (repeat prescriptions);
• Ask questions online by messaging your healthcare provider;
• Viewing your medical records.

To use the patient portal, you can easily log in using DigiD. If you prefer not to use DigiD, you can still contact the assistant to have an account created. After the assistant has registered you, you will receive an e-mail message that you only need to confirm. This completes your registration.
