Practice support worker Annemarie Dukker

I am Annemarie and mother of 2 grown sons. I have been working as a practice nurse since 2018, but only joined practice Bankras in June 2024. Originally, I am a nurse but had an industrial accident early on in my career that prevented me from being 'at the bedside'. Therefore, I am happy to be able to enjoy working with patients again since 2018 after all kinds of wanderings. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and listening to music.

Transition to new computer system - important information

From Monday 7 July, we will be working with a new computer system. To make the transition to the new system as smooth as possible, we are on Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 July accessible but limited availability.

In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

  • Until Monday, July 7, repeat prescriptions cannot be requested.
  • The patient portal Your Care Online will not be available from Thursday 4 July. This may take 1 to 2 weeks. We will keep you informed via the website. From 7 July, it will be temporarily possible to request prescriptions by telephone, between 10 a.m.-12 noon.

As a team, we are doing our utmost to make this transition as smooth as possible. In the beginning it will take some getting used to, so we will need a little more time on the phone and in the consulting room. We therefore ask for your understanding and thank you very much for your cooperation.
